With the first game of the 2007 Tri-Nations beginning on Saturday night in Cape Town, South Africa; the Australian Wallabies have tried an interesting strategy to help their players deal with jet lag. Arriving from Australia around midday saw the team have the entire afternoon free and coach John Connolly realised that his players needed something other than a training session to keep their minds and bodies occupied and thus fight off the urge to sleep (given it would be nearing bed time back in Australia).
So the team headed off to... paintball.
You'd have thought if they wanted to finish an hour or so with bruises all over their body they'd have just trained...
